Romantic garden
In this project i wanted to make ceramic objects for gardens in a way to create a romantic ambient, this was inspired in ceramic sculptures that existed in a public garden en Caldas da Rainha at the end of the XIX century.
The ceramic objects are placed in a hight where people can´t touch, and only can be seen…In this way, i was theorizing that design can have a cerebral function and it’s not art, it’s pure design…This idea was not very accepted at the time.
